REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Items should be ordered from reception before your medication runs out.  Please do try to give at least 48 hours notice, prescriptions will be ready for collection on the due day after 3.00pm. If you want your prescription posted to you, please provide us with a stamped addressed envelope.

We will need to review your prescription from time to time, so please make an appointment when you receive notification that your review is due.

To order a prescription you may come in, write to us, send a fax or use this website for collection later.  We do not accept telephone requests.
