Repeat Prescriptions
The easiest way to order your prescriptions is through the following:
1. NHS app: Log in - NHS App Online (service.nhs.uk)
OR
2. They can also be ordered via e-mail: lscicb-mb.norwoodprescriptions@nhs.net
OR
3. Through Accurx by clicking 'I have an admin query'
OR
4. You can drop paper request through our letterbox/post them to us
Please note we do not accept prescription requests over the telephone
Items should be ordered from reception before your medication runs out. Please give at least 48 hours notice, prescriptions will be ready for collection on the due day after 3.00pm.Bear in mind that if you are requesting an item you have not had for some time there may be a delay as the doctor may wish to speak to you before issuing.
Please note that emergency prescriptions cannot be ordered via apps or e-mail.
If you want your prescription posted to you, please provide us with a stamped addressed envelope. NB Weekends and Bank Holidays do not count as part of the 48 hours.
We will need to review your prescription from time to time, so please make an appointment when you receive notification that your review is due.
Most local pharmacies offer a collection and delivery service. We have no control over this so please contact your specific pharmacy for more information; their numbers are available under useful contacts.
Requests must be received BEFORE 3PM during regular working hours and will be ready for collection on the day stated AFTER 3.00pm (Please note we close at 6:30pm.)
