MIND - Active Monitoring - Mental Health Service

Patients can now self refer to MIND's mental health active monitoring service in Barrow-in-Furness. Fill in the referral form below and email it to activemonitoring@mindinfurness.org.uk and the practitioner from mind will get in touch with you within a week of you sending the referral.
