Repeat Prescriptions

The easiest way to order your prescriptions is through the following:

or you can drop paper request through our letterbox/post them to us

 

pill_bottleItems should be ordered from reception before your medication runs out. Please  give at least 48 hours notice, prescriptions will be ready for collection on the due day after 3.00pm.Bear in mind that if you are requesting an item you have not had for some time there may be a delay as the doctor may wish to speak to you before issuing.

Please note that emergency prescriptions  can NOT be ordered via apps or e-mail.

If you want your prescription posted to you, please provide us with a stamped addressed envelope. NB Weekends and Bank Holidays do not count as part of the 48 hours.

We will need to review your prescription from time to time, so please make an appointment when you receive notification that your review is due.

To order a prescription you may come in, write to us, use patient access, use the my gp app or use this website for collection later. We do not accept telephone requests.

Please Note that most local pharmacies offer a collection and delivery service. Please contact your specific pharmacy for more information; their numbers are available under useful contacts.

Requests must be received BEFORE 3PM  during regular working hours and will be ready for collection on the day stated AFTER 3.00pm (Please note we close at 6pm.)
